Fantasy Beach Dinner

Celebrate your next party with a fantasy beach bash. Invite about 40 guests to come for cocktails shortly before the sun goes down. Set up a festive, striped tent on the sand as a sheltered spot for the appetizers and drinks.

Feel the early evening winds whispering off the water. Then heat up the night with an invigorating Latin or Caribbean beat. Serve dinner when you see the first twinkling stars in the sky.

H E L P F U L H I N T S:

- To keep bugs at bay, spray prior to the party and light citronella torches or candles.

- Have guests kick off their shoes for cocktails on the beach. Collect the shoes in a basket. Guests can pick them up as they go in to dinner or after the evening is over.
